Carolina Sapphire is our favourite winter foliage. Not only is it incredibly fragrant, the foliage is soft to the touch and has the most amazing silver-blue undertone 

overtime the tips will fade to a soft cream colour and as it ages the blue tone will become a brighter silver-blue
